Leader Planning and Engineering

The Leader Planning and Engineering will develop and handle aircraft maintenance planning and job card activities and coordination of maintenance processes with the customer, Production and all internal departments. The Leader, Planning and Engineering responsibilities include, but are not limited to, enforce and propose service level agreements for Production and Material Management, supervise and support On-Site Planning Engineers, Aircraft Engineers & Technical Assistants, ensure that all mandated standards are followed at the local facility and report any deviations to the Manager. Maintain the Leader Planning Engineer and Leader Job Card Engineer up-to-date on the progress of the projects and the quality of the Central output (Job cards, Plans, etc.), ensure proper prioritization and re-prioritization of all the tasks under the incumbent's responsibility in a dynamic environment, survey production program and support slot management process, develop training concept for On-Site Planning Engineers, Aircraft Engineers & Technical Assistants, identify potential and develop the team, continuously promote and propose improvements to the processes.
Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Engineering with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in aircraft maintenance, design or manufacturing environment, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in aircraft maintenance, design or manufacturing environment, or Professional training in aircraft maintenance with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in aircraft maintenance, design or manufacturing environment. Excellent analytical and communication skills, including fluent English (spoken and written), are a must. Skills in MS Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required; experience with SAP desired.
