Infrastructure Services Coordinator

Provide first level support to basic infrastructure services such as LAN, Email, Voice, etc. Administer and maintain local infrastructure and installations. In accordance with equipment contracts and service agreements liaison with suppliers to execute service management requests, repairs or replacements. Identify, diagnose, maintain and escalate incidents and service requests. Operate and maintain a central ticketing system. Coordinate maintenance downtimes of basic infrastructure components. Prepare and update documentation and support monitoring and calculation of KPIs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in infrastructure. Excellent hands-on skills in System Administration. Knowledge in Microsoft Technologies; Server 2008 r2, Active Directory Management, DFS, Windows XP / 7. Experience with general IT troubleshooting, Windows Server and related enterprise services, as well as Internet protocols and concepts. Very good analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Team player and service oriented. Knowledge in Networking preferred. Excellent English language skills. Extensive experience in end-user support. Ability to work under pressure on a culturally diverse environment. ITIL v3 Foundation or higher certification is a plus.
