Production Standards and Training Specialist

Your Profile

  • Perform close-up and final inspections appropriate to each aircraft maintenance event
  • Develop a close-up and final inspection schedule with team leaders, project manager and customer during final inspection phase
  • Record close-up and final inspection findings, and buy back rectification of same
  • Provides training to production
  • Actively involved in the introduction, trial and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives in production
  • Supports in developing and documenting production work procedures and processes
  • Supports Quality and Training, to provide other training to production personnel, where agreed with the Head of Process Improvement, among other duties.
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Technical Degree in Mechanic Aviation.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as trainer.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Industry. Computer applications experience, preferably.
  • Ability to coach and motivate employees during on the job training.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish and English language), written and spoken.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demanding deadlines.
