Customer Service Officer

Description

The position is accountable to Key Account Management & Customer Service and the appointed person shall be responsible for all support required by a customer before, during and after a layover. It includes giving all the hospitality support required to customers and related office work. Moreover, it includes promoting customer orientation throughout the entire organization. General tasks related to aircraft Arrival, Departure and Maintenance Check Flights (e.g. transport of crews, inspectors etc. to/from the aircraft etc.), Arrangements with Airport / Ground Handlings Agents, Arrangements for Flight catering, among other tasks. 

Your Profile

Strong customer orientation. Knowledge of the positions specific field of expertise. Seasoned judgment and the ability to set priorities and take decisions. Fluent English and Spanish, both written and Spoken. Strong organizational skills and ability to deal with a broad variety of issues. Excellent communication skills – written and oral. Good knowledge in use of computer software (e.g. MS-Office). Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure with minimum supervision. Ability to work as part of a team. Relevant experience in a similar position. Recognized education in a relevant field. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
