Line Leader - Shops

The Line Leader Shops is responsible to support the Bay Manager to oversee the layover project and lead the bay team leaders to deliver on our commitments to our customers. Achieves the job objective and purpose by managing the project and leading the project team; developing and leading their direct reports; managing and continuously improving production processes; perform Certification and CRS where required; work with other Line Leaders to ensure decisions are taken and priorities identified in the best interests of the overall business; provide cross departmental support as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role. Minimum of (5) years of experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul industry (heavy maintenance). Demonstrated experience in successfully managing aircraft projects. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to present complex tasks and solutions. Ability to lead and motivate teams and individuals. Ability to work under pressure and demanding deadlines. Fully bilingual (Spanish and English language), both written and spoken.
