IT Infrastructure Specialist

The Infrastructure Specialist responsibilities' include, but are not limited to execute repairs or replacements; identify, diagnose, maintain and escalate, incidents, service requests. Operate and provide local basic infrastructure services (e.g. LAN, email, Voice, etc.), administer and maintain local infrastructure and installations. Operate and maintain a central ticketing system, support for application monitoring and calculation of KPIs, timely elevate and/or escalate to next level complex problems, preparation and update of documentation, among other tasks.
University or college degree in Computer science, Business Administration / Information Technology or a minimum of 3 years in related experience. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Experience with general IT troubleshooting, Windows Server and related enterprise services, as well as Internet protocols and concepts. Very good analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Knowledge in Networking is preferred. Service oriented behavior; Strong Team player. Extensive experience in end-user support. Capacity for intercultural competence; capacity to work under pressure. ITIL v3 Foundation, CompTIA A+ or higher certification is a plus. Previous experience working in managed environment is a plus. Available to travel abroad.
