Executive Assistant to CEO

Description

This position is responsible, but not limited to: performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and when required, to the Executive Team Members; Exercises a degree of judgement and full discretion in all assignments; Manage the CEO's appointments, schedules and travel arrangements; Gather, compile and verify information for the CEO to use in documents such as letters, reports, presentations; Prepare letters, presentations and reports to be used by the CEO in communications with employees, customers and board members among others; Answer incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; Among other tasks. 

Your Profile

University degree in Business Administration or related field. Excellent computer literacy Excellent Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills, ability to plan effectively and work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to act with initiative and judgment. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
