Communications Specialist

Description

The Communications Specialist is responsible to develop and establish a communications strategy in LTPR including the use of social media, management briefings and team meetings to ensure regular and precise communications to all employees. Develop and establish LTPR's social responsibility strategy to engage more effectively with our local community. Coordinate community involvement and philanthropic initiatives. Develop and establish the LTPR Sports and Social Club, its teams and their activities. Support the Executive Team with the preparation of strategic documentation including presentations and reports to be used by the Executive Team in communications with employees, customers and board members among others. Answer incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls. Use good judgment in setting work priorities, planning and organizing workload.  Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, among other tasks. 

Your Profile

University Degree in related field. Excellent computer literacy. Excellent Microsoft office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to act with initiative and judgement. Relevant experience in a similar position. Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
