Process Specialist

The Process Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, is provides expertise, guidance and support to the Head of Process Improvement in developing and enhancing processes and organization of the WM Base Maintenance Production Network. To work closely together with the aforementioned to support the delivery of Strategic Company and Corporate Objectives through the deployment of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques. Maintaining close collaboration with the Process Specialists from the other facilities, Central Process Specialists, local WM and other WD sections/departments, among other tasks. 

Your Profile

University degree or relevant job experience in related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be keen to learn & build up expertise in regards to CI methods & tools. Strong ability to understand and apply Change Management and Process Improvement philosophies/thinking to the continuous improvement of WM-business processes. Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to facilitate strategic & operational events. Good facilitation skills. Team player, strong ability to make other people engage. Commercial awareness and a technical understanding of the MRO business. Good analytical and Problem Solving skills. High levels of discipline and courage for Process Governance. Good Project Management skills. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Availability to travel abroad.
