The SAP Specialist's responsibilities include but are not limited to, act as the local support for all PD IT and local applications operations. To act as liaison to central application service on all central PD IT applications, liaison with suppliers of local installation in relation to service management requests (in accordance with central application operations), Operate and maintain a central ticketing system, support for application monitoring and calculation of KPIs, maintain equipment documentation and knowledge based systems updated, provide when and as required access management to standard PD applications, support in the creation of documents for conceptual design of new developments and change requests, represent and support local user in the creation of testing scenarios for application operations related projects, support in the creation of documents, among other tasks.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer's Science or related. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in end-user support and in application operation and service management. Knowledge of intra-company processes and relationships at PD WD. IT skills (SAP ECC 6.0, Java EE, MS-Office, Oracle 11, SQL, Linux, systems development life cycle (SDLC)).Very good knowledge of ITIL processes. Intercultural skill; Teamwork oriented, able to work under pressure; good analytical skills; good conceptual skills; customer and service oriented. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Able to travel abroad.
