Description

The Facilities Manager is responsible for providing organizational leadership and management; statement of work statement oversight; daily planning and operational implementation of all repairs and maintenance activities; strategy developments; and enforcement of all company guidelines. The Facility Manager will interact proactively with customer and company leadership to meet goals and objectives as efficiently and effectively. The Facilities Manager will exhibit comprehension of best practices, a customer service focus and successful outcomes. 

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field with professional experience of at least eight (8) years in the area of construction and/or facilities management is required. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including fluent English (spoken and written), are a must. Skills in MS Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required; experience with SAP desired. Available to travel abroad.
